It provides all the information needed for choosing, training and maintaing a blood tracking dog. The best part about this book is the commitment the author and his wife have to the sport. Their blog is always full of news about blood tracking events, reports, and personal tracking stories. John is also an active blood tracker and an educator that loves to track and does everything possible to promote the use of blood tracking dogs to recover wounded deer and bear. No doubt then that, his book is all from personal experience and not from having read other sources on the market and rewriting what's been written before. Don't hesitate to even call him, and you will speak directly to the author of the book who will give you advice and tutoring at any time.
