Shipping Policy

We ship out of Poughkeepsie, New York. Please allow 24 hours for order processing.

Orders shipping 2 Day Air and Next Day Air will be processed same day if placed by 1:00pm EST Monday-Friday.

For Saturday deliveries, please email sales@trackingdogsupply.com. Saturday deliveries are an additional charge of $10.00.

Our shipping rates are as follows: $4.99 flat rate shipping on all orders up to $125 and free shipping on all orders over $125.

Offer not valid on some oversized items and items that exceed the total packaged weight of 15 pounds. Our flat rate and free shipping rate charges apply only to the Continental U.S. (which excludes International Destinations, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories outside the contiguous 48 states). Due to the large packaging and heavy weight of some of our products, we are not able to give free shipping on these items.

If you order an oversize product Tracking Dog Supply will be happy to provide you with a individual quote for the shipping of these items. To receive a quote on shipping you can contact us in the email below (please provide details of the city and province these items will be delivered) or alternatively we will automatically send you a shipping quote when you place an order. We will not ship until the additional fee is paid.


Holidays

Business Days are Monday Friday, excluding major holidays. If you would like to inquire about a specific holiday, and shipping availability for expedited orders, please email sales@trackingdogsupply.com.

Shipping rates are determined by the size of the order and the destination of the shipment. Please inquire for larger orders.


International Shipments

Tracking Dog Supply ships all over the world. If you are interested in placing an order and would like us to ship overseas, we must warn you of the risks involved with shipping products internationally. Most of the time we ship overseas with success; however, on rare occasions products can be confiscated in customs and never returned to us nor arrive at their intended destination. Upon receipt of payment from you, we guarantee that your order will be processed and shipped to any address of your choice. However, in the event that your order is lost, stolen, damaged or confiscated while in transit internationally, we offer no refund or return policy. To place an international order, please contact our customer service department sales@trackingdogsupply.com with your complete destination address, one of our staff member will contact you within forty-eight hours to provide you with accurate international shipping rates.


Here are a few things to note about shipping:

  1. We ship to the continental USA and worldwide.
  2. Please allow 4-10 business days for the shipment to arrive, unless otherwise notified.
  3. If your order includes items that are not in stock, our policy is to hold your order and ship everything together in one shipment. We will keep you informed if this is the case and will ship partial orders by request.
  4. In some cases, one or more of the items might ship directly from the manufacturer. This may mean you will receive two or more packages before receiving your full order.
  5. If you place an order for a backordered item, you will be notified as to when you can expect to receive it.
