We (Tracking Dog Supply) are a company selling hunting dog related products.
Damaged packages
Damaged packages must be noted to the shipper by the customer upon receipt. All claims for hidden damages to merchandise must be reported to the carrier within two days. It is the buyers responsibility to make any claims to the shipper. We will do our best to help resolve any issues in a fair manner. If you need to send an item back due to a shipping error on our behalf, please re-pack the item in its original packaging and contact our customer service department by email at sales@trackingdogsupply.com.
RETURN POLICY
We offer no exchange or refund before sending your article of merchandise back to us. And please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. The article you wish to return:
- Must be unused, unworn, and not damaged;
- Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
- Must be sent in its original packaging;
- Return items must be shipped back to Tracking Dog Supply within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery (we recommend shipping your return in its original packaging because if it gets to us and is damaged, this may delay or void a possible exchange or refund);
- Returns and exchanges will only be made once all of the items have been delivered back to Tracking Dog Supply;
- Include a copy of your receipt with your returned item(s)
