Our last puppy left for his new home yesterday. Ace von Tierspur is now owned by, and will be a tracking partner with Ben Barth who helps manage a large wildlife management property in Cold Brook, NY. Ace will have plenty of land to explore and many tracking adventures to come in the future. As Ben explained, many hunters come to hunt turkeys and deer in the wildlife management area where he works. Ace will be used to track wounded deer for Ben's visitors and help hunters in need in the surrounding northern New York community. We had connected so...

Our Wire-haired Dachshunds With Their New Owners

Is been two weeks since we have written a post. After the puppies left we are trying to get our life back on track again. Without them the house seems much quieter and we now realize the intensive care, dedication and attention that a litter of puppies needs. Yet, we did our best to find them homes where they will receive a lots of love, and of course a lots of deer tracking adventures.
